We provide you with access to the award-winning administration tools, Atradius Insights and Atradius Atrium. Developed with our customers for our customers and their end clients, these easy-to-use digital tools will help you streamline your credit risk management processes and provide a single hub through which you can manage your credit accounts and identify market opportunities and risks.

In addition, we make sure that our administration with you straightforward and transparent. For example, any invoice we send you will clearly state what is due to be paid, for what service, and by when.

Working closely with you on credit assessments and collections

We are committed to providing you with timely assessments of your customers’ creditworthiness and make sure we keep you informed during the process. If we find your customer or prospect has a poor credit rating, we endeavour to explain why.

Likewise with our professional B2B debt collection service, we aim to act promptly to collect your debt and work closely with you, keeping you informed at every stage of the process.

We try never to make promises we can’t deliver and our transparent appeal process is designed to help you should you want us to re-consider a decision.
